I was expecting the a la carte menu, but found they were only serving the brasserie menu. Was hoping for a steak. Had to make do with a burger

The Goulty at The Mercure Brighton

We had wonderful sour dough pizzas, and tasty meatballs and bruschetta.. Very friendly and attentive service, although we were the only diners at 3pm! . Funky/industrial decor. Some locals came in later and everyone was talking in Italian, including the staff. Felt like we were in a little cafe in Italy!

Good presentation and portion quality. Friendly service. Noisy music concert playing on t.v. Signage says Fish &amp; Chips not The Fish Restaurant. Mentioned that not receiving bookings from The Fork. Reasonable prices

This is a restaurant that is very popular with Chinese students. I heard that it is also opened by Chinese people. The dishes are very homely and the taste is very good. The main reason is that we are very kind and have a feeling of returning to China.

The taste is still acceptable and the price is high.
